For some of us, the exhausting year that was, and, still is, has us searching for joy in places we previously would have dismissed, like Valentine's Day. While Valentine's Day started out with the most earnest of intentions, we can all admit that at some point it became the ultimate of shark jumping Hallmark holidays. Red hearts full of funky flavored chocolates became the uninspired norm, but after living through 2020, it feels like any level of norm would be great, so let's celebrate Valentine's Day extra hard this year*. Let's appreciate all the love in our lives, the love of our families, our friends, our partners and spouses, and of course our seafood vendor who will be working extra hard to deliver exceptional seafood on time- as ordered.

*By extra hard, we of course mean socially distant and safe.
