Lobster Place App Update
Great news -- our mobile app now features shipment notifications and digital invoices! Not only can you order seamlessly with live pricing - you will now receive a digital invoice and notification as soon as your order ships. The invoices will show up in the Orders tab with the precise items and quantities that are on the truck!
Here’s how to get started on the app:
- Email Sales@Lobsterplace.com if you’d like to try out the app and we’ll go ahead and create your account!
- Once we create your account -> download the app and sign in with the phone number we have listed for you. Mobile numbers will get a text code and landlines will get a phone call!
- Start an order by adding your usual items from the order guide that’s been pre-created for you - which also includes your up to date pricing per item!
- Select your delivery day and place your order -> on the morning of your delivery you will receive an updated invoice in the Order tab with the exact contents of your order in the Upcoming Orders section. Also view past invoices in the Delivered section.
