Small but mighty
Last week we told you about our merger with Gourmet Cargo. Now it is time to dig in and learn about the products. This week we are highlighting Christine Le Tennier Flavor Pearls. These small pearls are created by slowly dripping a liquid into a solution of sodium alginate which causes that liquid to turn into a perfect sphere. While the pearls might be small they are packed full of flavor from yuzu and grapefruit to soy, balsamic vinegar or truffle. The only limitation in what they can be used for is our own imagination limitations.

Antipodes Water
We are currently limited on 500 ml size in both the Sparkling and Still. We are awaiting the arrival and clearance of a container from New Zealand. We will update once more information becomes available
Cod and Ground Fish
- Availability of American Red Snapper remains spotty. Hopefully it will begin to show itself in the next week.
- Wild Striped Bass has made a great recovery since its recent disappearance.
- Cod supplies have tightened due to bad weather in the North Atlantic.
Bordier Butter
Le Beurre Bordier is currently not accepting new customers. We believe that this will be temporary and look forward to a future when all of our customer will get to experience the gloriousness of this product.
Scallops
Both U10 and 12/20 markets remain very competitive with tight supply driving the prices up weekly.
