Cod and Ground Fish

Mid Atlantic and North Atlantic fish continues to be tight as the surly seas are keeping many boats tied up.

Striped Bass remains particularly challenging this past week. Look for Black Bass or Halibut as alternatives.

Wild and Farmed Salmon

Salmon, Char and Ora Kings are all arriving to the warehouse on Friday.

Canadian Salmon prices remain high, though we are starting to see some relief.

Crab

We are excited to be offering Pasteurized Snow Crab backfin-lump meat. This MSC certified pasteurized snow crab meat is picked by hand in Indonesia from raw material from Canadian Opolio (Snow) Crab. This is a shredded product with eat harvested from the legs and body. It is a perfect addition to soups, crab cakes or salads.

Shrimp, Octopus & Squid

We have a few new Ecuadorian farmed raised shrimp that are a great alternatives to the Asian farmed shrimp.
