Cod and Ground Fish
- We are now selling "Fryer Cod." This frozen cod is perfect for fish and chips, and a great alternative to more expensive fresh cod. We will send it to you thawed out and processed to whatever spec you would like.
- Wild Striped Bass supply has been spotty this past week.
Shrimp, Octopus & Squid
- New Caledonian Blue Shrimp have just arrived in our warehouse all the way from New Caledonia, a small collection of islands in the southwest Pacific, 900 miles off the coast of Australia. These blue shrimp have a firm but tender flesh and a unique blue hue that makes them instantly recognizable. Not only that, but did we mention that they are ASC certified? Tuna
- Fresh Yellowfin Tuna supply has reached an all-time low. We are bringing ins sustainably sourced locally caught Bluefin tuna.
- There is no Frozen Saku Block available at this time. We are should be receiving in early August.
Scallops
- Sea Scallops are spawning. Landings are down and prices are increasing (again).
Live Lobster
- Lobster prices have leveled off this week but demand is still high. Much of the catch is being sold to processors who are buying up as much as they can in order to produce a supply of meat and tails.
Lobster Meat
- The Frozen Lobster Meat market is still tight. Demand remains high, supply remains low, prices remains exorbitant.
