Live Lobster
- Live Lobster prices are on the rise. Those processors who we have been waiting on to produce the lobster meat we have all been looking for, well, they are now buying up large volumes of lobster to produce said meat which is driving up the prices.
Wild and Farmed Salmon
- Prices on Canadian salmon continue to rise as is imported salmon from Europe.
- Kvaroy Salmon from Norway is arriving to us every Monday & Thursday. Currently, they have a shortage of large fish, with the 5/6 kg fish being the largest available.
Tuna
- Fresh Tuna supply remains low. Supplies have been scarce all week, there is no indication that we will see any changes soon.
Cod and Ground Fish
- North & Mid-Atlantic fish have been in steady supply this last week with a few exceptions. Jumbo Black Bass has been spotty and Jumbo fluke remains limited.
- The best options are Halibut and Wild Striped Bass
