Change to Delivery Minimum
Times are changing.
When we reopened in the Spring of 2020 we understood that like us, our customers were just struggling to survive so we lowered our delivery minimum. But now, like everyone else, we are experiencing higher operating costs which is why as of Monday, June 6th we will be raising our minimum for delivery back to $200. Any order that is less than $200 will be assessed an additional $15 fee. This change will allow us to continue to deliver fresh seafood- on time as ordered.

Wild and Farmed Salmon
- Wild Salmon has remained elusive, hopefully, it will become available in the next few weeks
- The price of Canadian Salmon has finally dropped this week, though only ever so slightly. Perhaps this is the first sign that the market has begun to stabilize.
- Verlasso Salmon is currently in the process of moving to a different location. Their supply will be limited for the next two months.
Crab
- Supply of Pasteurized Crabmeat remains troublesome. One of the many supply chain disruptions caused by covid. Currently there is a lack of supply, a lack of labor, and a lack of transportation. Until the market stabilizes expect prices to remain high and availability to be limited.

- Fresh Hamachi is back! Direct from Japan fresh hamachi is back, and supplies are good.
- Maine Uni season is done. We will be receiving our first Peruvian Uni next week.
