And the living is getting better.
Ok, sure, the fish might not be jumping as much as we would hope, but the beautiful weather is hopefully here to stay. In honor of the unofficial start to summer, we will be closed on Monday, May 31st in honor of Memorial Day. We will be back to our regular service on Tuesday, June 1st.

Specialty Items
- Maine Sea Urchin has entered in its spawn season. When Urchin begins to spawn, they are not usable for Uni. It is possible that there will be no East Coast Uni until September.
Wild and Farmed Salmon
- Prices on Canadian Salmon have jumped again. An algae bloom in Chile has caused a large die off and the continued logistical issues importing European salmon has put incredible strain on Canadian farms.
- Wild Salmon is still prohibitively expensive. We will start to bring it in once there is some easing in the price.
Tuna
- Fresh Tuna supplies remain very low. We were hoping that supply would pick back up this week but it has not. Global catch has remained low for the past 6-8 weeks and there are no signs indicating that there will be any improvement anytime soon.
Cod and Ground Fish
- Black Sea Bass supply has improved though prices remain high.
- Jumbo Fluke is limited and expensive
- The supply of Wild Striped Bass stabilized over this past week. We should have a good supply for the weekend.
- Halibut has been plentiful!
