Second run is back! Before you place that order for a second run on April 5th, here are all the details you need to know. Place your order before 10 AM in order to receive your order for the same day. Please do not rely on this second run to arrive in time for lunch service. Also, if in general, you arrive to your restaurant later in the day, we still recommend you take advantage of our unattended delivery option.

Wild and Farmed Salmon
- Price on Canadian Salmon is lowering as supply is catching up with demand.
- Steelhead supply is low as European farms are more focused on salmon rearing which has caused the price to rise.
Tuna
- Fresh Tuna remains tights with overall availability being hit or miss. We were able to bring in fish from Costa Rica for this weekend.
Cod and Ground Fish
- Fresh Halibut remains steady in both price and availability
- There is less Wild Striped Bass around this week than what we have seen lately. It seems that the lack of fish is likely caused by wind.
- Skrei Cod season is in full swing.
Specialty Items
- Spawns season has started for Maine Sea Urchin making Uni difficult to secure.
- One roe that is not difficult to get is Shad Roe. Please let us know if you are interested in getting a pair or two
