Wild and Farmed Salmon
- We will not be receiving Kvaroy Salmon until the New Year. They are waiting for their fish to reach market size.
- In general Canadian Salmon prices are on the rise. We are expecting the prices to remain high throughout the holiday season.
- We are excited to be bringing in Sixty South Salmon from southern Chile near the Antarctic. These fish have high fat content due to the very cold water they are reared in.
Tuna
- While Tuna supplies remain low, we will be importing +1, 2+ Yellow Fins and Big Eyes from Brazil.
- We are also bringing in fresh Albacore tuna. They range in size from 30-50 lbs each.
Alain Milliat Juices, Nectars, and Jams
- Alain Milliat will not be producing Raspberry jam until summer 2022 due to a Raspberry shortage.
