- The price of Canadian Salmon is on the rise. Higher prices are expected through the holidays. Demand is very high at the moment

Tuna
- Fresh Tuna supply remains low. Prices are up again. We will have fish from Trinidad and Panama available.
- Albacore Tuna remains scarce.
Swordfish
- There is no Swordfish around. Consider using Wild Striped Bass or Tuna as an alternative.
Cod and Ground Fish
- Halibut is in short supply, consider alternatives like Cod or Jumbo Fluke.
- Jumbo Black Bass, WIld Striped Bass, Cod and Jumbo Fluke are all in good supply.
