Wild and Farmed Salmon
- Prices are on the rise for Atlantic Farmed Salmon this week due to higher demand caused by the Holidays.
Scallops
- Local Bay Scallops supply remains inconsistent, though there have been more availability this past week.
Tuna
- Heading into the end of the year and beginning of January expect prices of Tuna to get much higher.
Live Lobster
- As with other items, demand is up on Live Lobsters leading to prices trending up.
Cod and Ground Fish
- Bad weather of the coast of Iceland is causing supply shortages of Cod.
- Halibut supply remains tight and the prices reflects that. Bad weather and storms have contributed to the lack of supply and it seems like there will continue to be a lack of supply through next week.
