Whether you are looking for finishing caviars or snacking caviars, we have what you need, but in order to make your Christmas dreams come true please order no later than Tuesday 12/21 by 10 AM for arrival by Christmas Eve. (Please see the list below of our pre-order Caviar options)
Also, please be advised that we will be closed on Saturday, December, 25th for Christmas, we will be resuming regularly scheduled deliveries on Monday, December 27th.

Wild and Farmed Salmon
We are very excited to introduce two new salmon options:
- Sixty South Salmon farmed in the ultra cold waters of southern Chile, Sixty South Salmon has a high fat content which makes it incredibly flavorful.
- Organic Scottish Salmon- it you are looking for an organic Atlantic salmon, check out this fish farmed in Scotland. We would love to hear feedback after you try it.
Tuna
- Fresh Tuna supply remains low but we do have imports from Costa Rica. We also have fish from Suriname and Trinidad.
- Albacore Tuna has become scare again this week. We are hopeful that we will see it again next week.
Live Lobster
- Live Lobsters prices of risen slightly this week, most likely due to increased holiday demand. Processors continue to buy up large quantities to make meat and frozen tails which is keep the prices elevated.
