- Oy! What else is there to say about the lobster market. Prices continue to rise, despite there being steady supply. One day, years from now, economists will steady this odd trend which they will name the lobster claw curve.
Cod and Ground Fish
- NY legal WIld Striped Bass remains in good supply, as does most other Mid-Atlantic
- Skrei Cod season is in full swing, take advantage while you can.
Specialty Items
- Spring is coming, just look at the early signs like the arrival of Shad Roe. Always an early Spring classic.
- Live Crawfish is now available with a pre-order
- Soft Shells should begin showing up in the next few weeks.
Clams, Mussels, & Oysters
- Beau Soleil are extremely limited. While we are receiving minimal amounts each week it is difficult to predict what will be available.
