- We are starting to see more fresh Squid this week. But if cleaning fresh squid is not your thing we have plenty of cleaned frozen options including MSC certified Tubes & Tentacles from Rhode Island.
Wild and Farmed Salmon
- Prices are on the rise on Atlantic Salmon both Canadian and Imported
- We are bringing in twice weekly shipments of Kvaroy Salmon from Norway. Kvaroy adheres to the strictest standards when it comes to fish feed and sustainability, and are ASC certified.
Swordfish
- Swordfish prices remain high as availability has been low. We are expecting to see an increase in availability by the end of next week. Prices should start to lower at that time.
Scallops
- Currently we are not bringing in Local Bay Scallops
- U10 & 10/20 Sea Scallops remain great options.
